healthy lunch for the lazy



Hello, today, more than giving you a detailed recipe, I will talk to you about the method I apply when I don't want to cook anything elaborate but I want to eat hearty, healthy and delicious.  I usually  take all the vegetables that I have, fry onion with very little oil, then I agreggate the rest of the vegetables and let them steam, after they release a little liquid add salt, pepper, chili color, ginger, you put on that you preference, experiment with spices!! accompany with some portion of cereals and one of legumes or protein and that's it!
For your meals to be healthy always try to eat a variety and do not forget any of the macronutrients (fat, protein and carbohydrates) if you want to take a plant-based diet, I recommend checking the daily dozen of Dr. Gregeer, google it!
