CHANGES TO MY STUDY PROGRAMME

 Hi everyone! I hope that you are doing great, today i’m gonna talk you about some problems about the buildings where i study that more or less had complicated my life there, i´m sure that you have experienced something similar, let me know!

As a student of theory and history of art, my faculty facilities are located in the campus of Juan Gomez Millas, we share location with the students of visual arts. It is known that the resources of our faculty are scarse compared to other universities or even other faculties of this same university.
Our particular case is problematic because the visual artists need tools and instruments to work and those need to be safe. Luckily, my case is not too bad because we on theory and history of arts work mainly with books, reading and talking. But to remember a case that affected us especially, about two years ago the new library of the Arts faculty was opened, and about a week later the rains in Santiago begun, so… the whole new library flooded and it remained closed for about a couple of months.
But on a more serious note, there were problems because the old buildings of the faculty were builded with asbestos, so it could lead to serious problems considering how many people study on those buildings all year. Things like these need to be solved because a good working place is essential to a student.
