"New Leisure Activities During Pandemic"

 hello, today I will tell you about the new activity that I have started to do during the pandemic. First you should know that I have always liked to play sports, especially swimming because I love the water and having this little impact on the joints is an ideal sport for me since I am very delicate haha, before all this matter of the Quarantine I attended swimming classes at the university and the truth is that I enjoyed it a lot, I signed up for the second semester and by February this was going to have a vacation break, because of this I decided to start training at home during the holidays Well, I didn't want to lose the habit and the benefits of exercise and that's how I got to know a project called gymvirtual by patry jordan, the reality is that it is very popular, surely you know it hahahahaha I started to train a lot and I realized that I seriously do sports It is something that I enjoy a lot, then when I noticed that I could not continue going swimming because you know what, I kept training and I must say that it helped me a lot to cope with the issue of confinement, without hesitation Sport not only has physical benefits, but it also helps a lot with mental health, this last time due to a problem in my knee I have not been able to train as I would like but I hope soon to be able to return to the slopes ahaha, and well that, they I invite you to try any physical activity that catches your attention and to dare with it, without fear or prejudice and always from love!
